Contour Airlines launches daily nonstop Albuquerque-Carlsbad service with larger aircraft

Contour Airlines began daily nonstop service between Albuquerque and Carlsbad in late February 2026, taking over the route with a 30-seat aircraft capable of carrying more than three times the passengers than the previous service. The Sunport welcomed the new partnership as a way to diversify carriers and strengthen connectivity across New Mexico.
