6. Privacy & Query Logging

To improve the quality of DWU AI, we log the text of questions submitted to the AI chatbot. However, we do not store any information identifying which user submitted which question. Questions are logged anonymously and are used solely for the purpose of improving AI accuracy and expanding our knowledge base. We do not sell or share query data with third parties.

We do not retain AI-generated responses on our servers. If you wish to discuss a response you received from DWU AI, we encourage you to save or screenshot the conversation and contact Dafang Wu at dwu@dwuconsulting.com for further discussion and refinement. We welcome your feedback — it helps us improve the system.

7. Pilot Period Notice

DWU AI and certain features of this website are currently in a pilot period. During this period:

  • Registered users (“FreePro”) have access to enhanced AI capabilities and additional content at no charge.
  • Access levels, features, rate limits, and pricing are subject to change at any time.
  • Upon conclusion of the pilot period, access to AI-generated articles and the AI chatbot may be restricted to paid subscribers.
  • Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Rate Limits & Fair Use

The DWU AI chatbot is subject to rate limits based on your access tier. Automated, scripted, or programmatic access to the AI chatbot is prohibited. DWU Consulting reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user or IP address that engages in abusive usage patterns, including but not limited to automated querying, scraping, or excessive request volumes.

9. Intellectual Property

All articles, data compilations, analysis, and original content on this website are the intellectual property of DWU Consulting LLC. Users may reference and cite DWU Consulting materials with proper attribution. Bulk downloading, systematic copying, or redistribution of content is prohibited.
