Aerostar Airport Holdings signed two-year cooperative agreements with San Juan, Carolina, and Bayamón municipalities, plus Puerto Rico's Department of Public Safety on February 18, 2026, to coordinate emergency response at Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport.
