DWU Consulting LLC (“DWU,” “we,” “us,” “our”) operates the DWU AI document processing service and website at dwuconsulting.com. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide: Email address, name, organization name (optional), airport or organization affiliation (optional), project metadata (names, types, delivery email addresses), and processing instructions submitted with your documents.

Information collected automatically: Pages visited, features used, timestamps, browser type, operating system, and IP address.

Chatbot interactions: Questions submitted to the AI chatbot are logged anonymously to improve AI accuracy. We do not store information identifying which user submitted which question. We do not retain AI-generated responses.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and operate the Service, process your document submissions, deliver results to your designated email addresses, maintain your account and project history (metadata only), improve the Service using aggregated and anonymized usage data, communicate with you about your account, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Retention

4. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect or store: your Skill file content (delivered to you, never retained), your Skill password (stored only as a non-reversible hash), your submitted documents (destroyed with the processing sandbox), or financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, or government-issued identification numbers.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

We may share information with: service providers (cloud infrastructure, email delivery, and computing sandbox providers that process data on our behalf under contractual obligations); and as required by law (subpoena, court order, or governmental regulation). In connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition, or sale of assets), your information may be transferred to the successor entity.

6. Knowledge Contribution

If you opt in to knowledge contribution for a specific project (see Terms of Service, Section 9), generalized industry patterns from your processing session may be used to improve the Service. This is strictly opt-in and per-project. No personal information, specific document content, or proprietary methodology is extracted. If you do not opt in, your processing session data is destroyed with the sandbox.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest for all stored data. Document processing occurs in isolated computing environments created for each session and destroyed after processing. Skill files are delivered with user-set password encryption. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

You may access your account information and project metadata at any time by logging in. You may correct your account information by updating your profile. You may delete your account by contacting dwu@dwuconsulting.com — upon deletion, all account information and project metadata is permanently removed. You may opt out of knowledge contribution by declining the opt-in checkbox on any project. Since the Service does not retain your documents or Skill files, there are no stored files to access, correct, or delete.

9. California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information). To exercise these rights, contact dwu@dwuconsulting.com.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address at least 14 days before taking effect.
